Since its conception 16 years ago, Dental Solutions has become a well-loved practice in Lymm. At the heart of the practice is its founder, Gavin Laidlaw. Gavin has been serving the people of Lymm and Warrington for over 25 years, driven by a passion for creating wonderful smiles. With no plans of retiring anytime soon, he’s set to help more people achieve their dream smile for years to come!

The surgery has welcomed visitors from all over the North West of England and beyond to help transform their smiles. Gavin has been working with Richard Brookshaw for 15 years. Together they have created and placed over 10,000 implant crowns and bridges. Much of the dentistry they perform is associated with dental implants in Warrington and other smile transformations.
Outside of the surgery, the practice is also known for its charitable work. By supporting The Salvation Army’s James Lee LifeHouse and Warrington Foodbank with donations of oral health packs, food, essential toiletries and warm clothing, the dedicated team at Dental Solutions are helping to change lives.
The practice prides itself on its friendly and attentive team, always looking to go the extra mile for patients, particularly those who may be nervous. Gavin has been a dental phobia certified dentist for many years. He believes that no treatment should ever take place without the patient being completely comfortable. Gavin explains, “I have taken great care to ensure the Practice has a very friendly and caring team. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than a happy smiling patient leaving my surgery.”
This caring attitude has encouraged even the most nervous patients to visit our dentist in Lymm for support and guidance. The practice has had great success in converting previously nervous patients into happy, confident returning visitors.
When he’s not treating patients and running the practice, Gavin has a very active role within the community. His love of sports has lead him to become Chair of the Lymm Rovers Football Club. The club promotes and encourages young footballers in Lymm and the surrounding area. He coaches and sponsors the club which has over 500 players and 25 different teams split equally between boys and girls- something pretty unique in the world of football. He’s also a fan of rowing and sponsors the Warrington Rowing team.
