I really didn’t fancy the idea of a denture so I looked around for the possibility of implants. I met one dentist but didn’t feel comfortable when I met him so I told him I’d think about it. However, by chance, I was then recommended to Gavin by my spinal consultant Mr Shackleford.
Ironically, Dental Solutions in Lymm was closer to where I live in High Legh which made visiting the dentist during my implants much more convenient for me. I was very nervous about more surgery, I have had a lot of operations over the years so the thought of having implant surgery was not appealing. So, I went along for my consultation and immediately felt as though I was in safe hands with Gavin and his friendly and welcoming team.
The whole process at Dental Solutions has been fantastic from start to finish- they are all just nice people who genuinely cared about me. Richard was very calm and spoke to me about the implant surgery process in straightforward non-technical language that was easy to understand- the surgery itself was a piece of cake! I had a mild toothache for about a week afterwards which was easily controlled with paracetamol. Gavin shares my love of fish and fishing so it’s always great to catch up with him when I see him, we are going to arrange a ‘fish swap’ soon.
