Terms and Conditions for Dental Solutions’ Enlighten Whitening Competition

Please read these terms and conditions before entering the competition. Entering the competition
constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

– The promoter of this competition is Dental Solutions LTD (registered company
no: 06242818). The registered address is 9 Henry Street, Lymm, Cheshire, WA13 0LS.
– The competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
– The competition is closed to employees of Dental Solutions and their close relatives and
anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
– Automated or bulk entries from third parties will be disqualified.
– There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. The competition
opens on Monday 24th March, 2021 and closes Thursday 17th March, 2019

To enter the competition entrants will need to follow these simple steps;

• Make sure you are following us @dentalsolutionslymm on Instagram or Facebook and like the
  competition post.
• Tag at least 1 friend who you think might also like to enter.
• Share the post to your feed or story.
  – The winner will be selected at random from the list of entrants using a random name
  generator (this will be filmed).
• – The winner will be notified on the competition closing date.
  – If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification,
  we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  – The prize for winning the competition will be our Premium Enlighten Tooth Whitening
  Treatment worth £595, carried out by a professional employee at Dental Solutions, including
  a free dental health check worth £42.50 (including 2x routine xrays if clinically required
  worth £59) and hygienist worth £83.50 (including £20 airflow treatment & £15 PPE fee )– full
  free prize treatment totalling £780.
  – The prize of our Enlighten Whitening Treatment is subject to a dental health check with a
  dentist. This is essential – your teeth are required to be healthy, free of decay and your gums
  also need to be healthy. You cannot whiten unhealthy teeth with unhealthy gums. If your
  teeth or gums are not healthy we require you to resolve this within 3 months of winning the
  competition. You may attend either Dental Solutions or a see a dentist or hygienist at
  another dental practice to resolve any outstanding issues prior to your Enlighten treatment
  if this is the case.
  – Tooth whitening will only whiten natural teeth, if you have any restorations in your smile
  line, please consult the dentist before starting the treatment. Whitening will not work on
  any crowns, veneers or composites.
  – The prize is as stated and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services, and is non-transferrable (must be accepted by the winner), unless specifically agreed in writing by
  Dental Solutions LTD.
  – You consent to your first name, photograph and social media handles about you being
  disclosed on Dental Solutions LTD’s digital channels or other media if you win any prizes
  under the competition.
  – Dental Solutions LTD reserve the right to use the name, image, photograph, and likeness of
  the winners for publicity and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without
  additional compensation or prior notice to the winners – you may choose the images. In
  entering the competition, all participants consent to such use of their name, image,
