I shortlisted two different practices in the Warrington area and went for consultations at both.
I have always had a fear of dentists so both consultations were a huge deal for me. I found that the consultation with Gavin and Nicky was much better than the other one that I had visited first. Gavin was really nice, no one was remotely judgemental, and I felt so comfortable and reassured there that I allowed him to look in my mouth at the first consultation. The other practice didn’t even ask to examine me.
I weighed up the pros and cons of both places but decided that Dental Solutions were the clear choice for me, so I phoned Nicky back the next day and she booked me in for the treatment.
Although I was petrified at the thought of it, I can honestly say that the All on Four treatment was 100 less traumatic than I had imagined it to be.
I was sedated throughout the procedure, so I felt no pain, just surrounded by friendly faces, including Nicky who stayed with me throughout. My new smile is amazing – Gavin made lots of minor adjustments to it with a real eye for detail, so my smile feels very natural.
I can only say that going to the practice is like going to visit a little family – they all know you and make you feel like you are their only patient, and they are doing what’s right for you and not for them.
This treatment has literally changed my life. My confidence has grown in leaps and bounds –I’m studying again, currently taking a course in Leisure Management which will involve standing up and presenting in front of people – doing things I would never have considered previously. I am also happier in myself and more sociable than before.
