I came to Dental Solutions as I know Hollie Kavaney who is the Orthodontic Facilitator at the practice. She recommended that I came to see Gavin for a consultation.
I was very unhappy with my smile – I had an old crown at the front which didn’t match my other teeth and they were also in desperate need of straightening, and I was getting married in just over 9 months. Hollie was also my Maid of Honour!
I had a fixed brace fitted by Badri the specialist consultant orthodontist, hygiene treatment with Vicky to improve my dental health, then Gavin replaced my old crown with a new perfectly matching bridge. My entire treatment lasted for 9 months from start to finish including the whitening treatment – we were so close to the wire but the entire team did everything to ensure I had the perfect smile in time for my wedding day.
We got married at Dunham Massey near Altrincham and had such an amazing fun and happy day which I will remember for the rest of my life. It was so good to smile away to my husband, my guests (and the camera of course) without feeling conscious of whether I was covering my mouth or hiding my smile. I genuinely don’t know how I would have gone through having my photo taken without my smile makeover at Dental Solutions. To anyone thinking about straightening or improving their smile for an upcoming wedding, I’d say a million percent do it!
I know looks aren’t everything but self-confidence is priceless – I felt amazing and I absolutely love my new smile.
