I’ve always been very conscious of my teeth. I’ve wanted to have them straightened for a long time but the cost has always been the reason for delay, as there is always something more important to pay for. I finally made a decision to take action at a New Years Eve party a couple of years ago – I was going to get my teeth fixed.
I shopped around a number of practices in Warrington before deciding to be treated by the team at Dental Solutions. When I read on their website that they had a special offer, I managed to get an appointment quite quickly for my initial consultation, I was so excited to finally get moving.
Coming to Dental Solutions is a totally different experience to visiting my usual NHS dentist- they are all so friendly and make a special effort to put you at ease – you are not just a number. I work as a Customer Services Manager, so great service is very important to me.
My treatment throughout by the whole team was fantastic. I was genuinely shocked when I put in the first set of Invisalign aligners – even I couldn’t see them! They really did look invisible. I struggled a bit in the first 2 weeks getting used to them in my mouth, speaking and taking them in and out at mealtimes, but after that they were fine. My treatment time took just over a year- I was surprised how quickly the treatment passed.
Now the treatment is finished I have to say I feel loads happier – inside and out! Before treatment if I was asked to appear in a photo I wouldn’t have opened my mouth to smile, now I need to be told to stop! I have since recommended Dental Solutions to a number of people, including my Dad, I can’t recommend the team here highly enough.
My only regret is not having the treatment a lot sooner.
